Experienced in starting-up local and national organizations and turning-around some on the brink of closure, we work collaboratively with stakeholders to shore up the present and plan for the future, bringing a blend of business acumen and knowledge of best practices.
Start-ups: start-ups will walk away with a detailed launch strategy that includes organizational design plans and support with achieving 501c3 status.
Turnarounds: upon conducting a full assessment of the organization’s viability, Rassen and Associates will deliver a comprehensive revitalization strategy or in rare cases, recommendations for merger or closure.
Transitions: organizations experiencing a transition in leadership will receive hands-on support in identifying a new Executive Director. Upon request from the Board of Directors, Rassen and Associates will act as the interim executive director until the right person is identified.
Troubleshooting: from issues with personnel to funding to general operations, Rassen and Associates will deliver concrete strategies for addressing persistent problems and support with creating and implementing a plan of action.
